~Help the animals~

This is Saturday's blog.
Happily Ever After is a no-kill animal sanctuary in Green Bay. Their annual "Beer & Biscuits" event raises money for the non-profit organization to buy supplies. Tickets were only $15 which included beer, wine, bread, cheese & cupcake samples. I went with my friend Jon & met up with another friend, Brian and my former Jagergirl Jess who's now carrying twins. 

I wanted to spend money here because I love cats & I believe this is a good cause, but none of the auction items caught my eye. I participated in the 50/50 raffle & the drawing for an awesome grill with a cooker full of meat, but did not win. But I'm glad I went, it was a cool event, fun to hang out with old friends and doing something nice for a good organization! <3
